First on FOX: U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg still has support despite House GOP leaders reluctant to move forward with such measures.
R-Texas Rep. Brandon Gill presented an article on the perks against Boasburg last month after issuing an emergency order temporarily suspending Trump's deportation flights under the alien enemy law.
Paul Gozal, Josh Bretzin, R. Okra, Andy Ogles, R-Ten, and R-Ariz's Paul Gozal signed the bill last week as co-hosts.
The resolution currently has 22 co-sponsors. Among conservatives at the House Republican Congress, this effort is still alive and well.

President Donald Trump is using alien enemy law to transfer suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang to El Salvador detention facilities.

Trump himself picked out Boasberg and sought his bounce each against the legal showdown.

Several Rank and File Republicans proposed last month to Fox News Digital not to support such a move, suggesting that it would lengthen the chances of success in the House.
Gill's resolution accused Boasberg of abuse of his power.

He was able to force a House-wide vote on this measure by reintroducing it as a “privileged resolution,” giving leaders two legislative days to vote at least one procedural.
However, as of last week, Gill told Fox News Digital that he had no plans to do so.
That's when House Republicans are coalescing around laws by Rep. Darrell Issa to limit the ability of district judges to issue national injunctions. The bill is expected to be voted on Wednesday afternoon.
