The Dallas Cowboys have some decisions to make and find themselves in a somewhat retention pattern.
Dak Prescott, Ceedee Lamb and Micah Parsons have covered half the team's salary cap, allowing the Parsons to sign a record deal this offseason.
Parsons told Fox News Digital that he is likely to limit himself at training camp without a new deal. He probably isn't practicing, but his new coach is in charge and he wants to attend meetings.
The Cowboys and head coach Mike McCarthy said goodbye, and Brian Schottenheimer was promoted from the offensive coordinator job.

The Cowboys finished their 12-5th consecutive season before going 7-10 this season after Prescott missed a chunk of the season with a hamstring injury.
