Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Revis is trying to calm the dust after a struggling start to the season, but that's a little tough to do when his biggest critics have his phone number.
Revis told reporters on Wednesday that his mobile number was somehow leaked to the public and that he plans to change it.

“What I'm actually doing today is I've got a new phone number. I don't know how it got out amongst the fans, but I've been getting a ton of text messages,” he said, via Main Street Nashville. “It's nice to get that part over with and put it in the past.”

Revis' second year in the NFL is off to a bad start, so it's not hard to imagine what the message was like for him.
He committed five turnovers in the Titans' first two games and was the central figure in two costly fumbles, including one last weekend that prompted first-year coach Brian Callahan to yell abuse at Revis in a scene captured on television broadcast.

Revis told reporters Wednesday that other than changing his jersey number, he is avoiding social media altogether.
“I think that's the healthiest way to go about it. I don't want to hear or care about anything people say about me. I'm just going to keep moving forward no matter what people say. It's a shame the world is in this state and I look forward to having some privacy.”

Callahan also told reporters on Wednesday that he believes Levi has shown improvement from Week 1 to Week 2, but there is a sense of urgency to get the problem fixed quickly.
“The nature of the NFL, especially early in the season, is how quickly you can make your team better and what you can do well,” he said. “I've been pretty happy with his play and that hasn't changed after watching the tape.”
