President Donald Trump expressed doubt that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to end the war with Ukraine, which has been raging for over three years.
Trump challenged the true society on Saturday, expressing growing dissatisfaction with Russian leaders in the week that Russia launched a deadly missile attack on Kiev. Thursday's attack on Ukraine killed 12 people and injured at least 90 people, including children.
“There has been no reason for Putin to fire missiles in civilian regions, cities and towns over the past few days,” Trump wrote shortly after meeting with Ukrainian President Voldymir Zelensky at the Vatican on Saturday for Pope Francis' funeral.

Trump has argued that the Ukraine-Russia peace deal is near, but distrusts at skeptical experts about Putin's departure
“Maybe he doesn't want to stop the war, he's just bashing me and I'm coming to think I have to deal with it differently through “banks” or “secondary sanctions.” Too many people are almost dying!!!”
The post has repeatedly argued in the campaign trail that, as peace deals do not seem to be seen despite ongoing negotiations, will end the war within 24 hours of his inauguration.
Trump said Saturday that the killings in the war were “worst than anything since World War II.”

On Thursday, Trump begged Putin to end the war.
“I'm not satisfied with the Russian strike in Kiev. It's not necessary, it's a very bad timing. Vladimir, stop! 5,000 soldiers are dying a week. Let's end the peace agreement,” Trump wrote about the true society.
The attack on Kiev came the day before special envoy Steve Witkov, who is visiting Moscow for the fourth time.
Trump had expressed his hope that Russia and Ukraine could reach deals this week, saying that once Russia and Ukraine would “start starting large corporations with the United States” if they reached an agreement this week.

Neither Ukrainians nor White House officials have given much details about the meeting. But White House Communications Director Stephen Chen said it was a “very productive argument.”
Trump also targeted former presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama on Saturday's Post, denounced Biden for the war under his watch and Russian Obama taking Crimea.
“This is a sleepy Joe Biden war, not my war,” Trump was furious. “It was a loser from day one and it wouldn't have happened if I was president at the time. I was just trying to clean up the mess left with me by Obama and Biden.
