On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump claimed that the war on Ukraine could be put to an end in a week, and critics laughed. But as Trump said at a press conference with French President Macron, he is the man of the deal.
In mid-February, Trump came up with President Voldy Mirzelensky to develop rare earth minerals in Ukraine. After the exchange, Zelensky is now in Washington and signing the contract. This is the first step in a larger agreement to end the Ukrainian War.
Trump has faced a pointless war and found a way to end it and bring peace, prosperity and security to all.
Boris Johnson will pitch European “deterrent” led by two important US allies as security guarantees for Ukraine
The agreement will help the United States provide access to much-needed rare earth minerals and recover some of its investment in the Ukrainian War. A victory for us.

It will help rebuild Ukraine's economy and infrastructure. Thousands of American engineers, miners, builders and even bankers on the ground in eastern Ukraine serve as security guarantees for Ukraine. Ukraine's victory.
It gives the opening to a better relationship with Russia with the aim of driving the wedge of anti-American China-Russian alliance. The victory of the US and our allies.
It gives Russia an off-ramp to difficult wars and opens up the possibilities for improving relations with the US, including trade and investment. Russia's victory.
First, Trump's plans are based on accepting reality. Because despite their best efforts and intentions, Ukraine has lost its war.
President Joe Biden's pledge to give Ukraine “as long as it takes, as long as it needs to” was unrealistic. This was not a war that Ukraine could never win. It is a war of attrition, and they are won by larger, richer, more populous countries. Ukrainians, Europeans and Biden had no path to victory, so the best they could do was for Russian President Vladimir Putin to deny victory. So they continued to fight another eternal war. Trump's plan ends the war – no clear winners or losers.
Second, Trump's plan addresses an increase in frustration that spans the hundreds of billions of military equipment and support that Americans have given Ukraine. Gaining access to Ukraine's rare earth minerals and other resources can regain some of our contributions, but it is not necessary in the US domestically.
Third, Trump's plan will make Europeans more responsible for the burden of their defense. On a keen basis, European leaders are currently trekking to the White House with pledges to increase their defense budget, help pay for Ukraine's reconstruction, and help supply peacekeeping forces.
Fourth, Ukraine could not win the war, but Ukraine could win the peace. Due to the US Ukraine contract to develop Ukraine's resources, a considerable number of American engineers, miners, engineers and bankers are on the ground in the eastern part of Ukraine, particularly in the eastern part of the eastern part of Ukraine, where the majority of the resources are located.

The American economic presence serves as a guarantor of Ukraine's independence and security, and as a deterrent against another Russian invasion. Putin is not going to kill thousands of American civilians to go to Kiev.
In some respects, the economic presence of America in Ukraine is even more important than the military. As we saw as Biden and Afghanistan, the American president can order a sudden withdrawal of the army. Private companies with long-term projects and contracts are in Ukraine for the long term.

Under the Trump plan five years after the battle ceased, Ukraine could become a prosperous country, with its economy and society fully integrated with the US and the West. Meanwhile, Russia's postwar outlook is bleak. No one will rebuild Russia's economy. Its energy export revenues have fallen sharply, and the low global prices of oil and natural gas will be brought about by Trump's new policies of American energy domination.
Finally, Trump's peace plan opens up the possibility that American relations with Russia will improve. There have been no diplomatic contacts with Russia for three years since Putin invaded Ukraine.
It gives the opening to a better relationship with Russia with the aim of driving the wedge of anti-American China-Russian alliance. The victory of the US and our allies.
Don't worry about negotiating the attitudes of Biden, Zelensky and Europeans, as Putin couldn't trust him to respect the agreement. According to them, anything that reaches Ukraine's victory would reward Putin's attack. Winning was never possible, so we continued to help Ukraine, and Ukraine continued to fight.
The biggest strategic and existential threats to the United States are not from Ukraine, the Middle East, or even Russia. It is from the Chinese-Russia alliance targeting the United States. His refusal to speak to Russia for the past three years is one of the reasons why Putin has approached China's President XI. In the early 1970s, my boss, Henry Kissinger, drove a wedge between anti-American Chinese and Soviet alliances by opening up ties with China. Potentially, Trump was able to do the same today by resuming relations with Russia.

The US ukrane mineral trade is the first step, but there is still a way to go before the final peace agreement. Europeans and Zelensky argue that there must be a military “security guarantee” between the British and French forces in Ukraine.
Trump places the US military in Ukraine and prefers to ensure economic security. Russians alk in NATO troops stationed at the border, even wearing British and French uniforms. But all of this is overcome and there are some harsh diplomacy and economic pressures. As President Trump says, he is a “deal guy.” This is the art of trading on the global stage.
