Exclusive: US lawyers for the California District Bill Essay District are taking major steps to crack down on Golden State's “sanctuary” policy.
He launches Operation Guardian Angel, a task force consisting of ICE, HSI, DEA, FBI, ATF and Border Patrol assets, starts daily scans of crime databases and begins identifying illegal aliens arrested in local jurisdictions where DOJs can claim with felony unlawful addicts.
“They made it almost impossible for ICE to do their jobs, issue detainees, and drive illegal immigrants out of prison.
Trump “sends a strong and clear message” and “deportation has begun,” the White House says.

“We're flooding the system with criminally illegal immigrant warrants in county jails. They can ignore detainees, but they can't ignore criminal arrest warrants,” the essayri continued.
“As soon as an illegal immigrant is booked into the county jail, we review their files. And if they meet the illegal re-entry element, a federal crime, we have filed a complaint and obtained an arrest warrant issued before being released from state custody.”
Essayli said that the First System program will make Golden State a “testing ground” for other sanctuaries around the country.

While border intersections are plunging, the administration is aiming to increase the number of removals. The CBP One app has been changed to the CBP Home app. With this app, people across the country can now self-advertise with paid flights and $1,000 scholarships after being confirmed to leave the country.
Regarding illegal aliens in the criminal justice system, lawyers said they plan to file up to 50 warrants per week in jurisdictions covering Los Angeles.

“They don't have options, they'll obey. And if they don't, they can expect to face the consequences if they interfere with their ability to arrest felons. So I don't expect resistance from local governments,” he said.

Felony re-entry was rarely charged during the Biden administration. The essay says he filed only 17 of those cases in two years under his predecessor, Biden, a US lawyer in Los Angeles.
The lawyer said transferring federal custody from the local area is one better way to get illegal foreigners in criminal charges.

“This is the safest way for us to get illegal immigrants for criminals. Get them in custody in the state where they are still searched. They don't have weapons so we can make a safe transfer,” he said.
