American Olympic rugby star Aleph Kelter faces a judicial hearing and a potentially long suspension after being stamped on his opponent's head and sent to a women's rugby test on Saturday.
Team USA faced Australia and celebrated its 27-19 victory in Saturday's contest.
In a video review, the judge issued a red card around the 79 minute action in the Pacific Four Series test. Officials determined that Kelter was forced to imprint on the head of the Australian Centre Georgie Friedrichs.
