“The complaint alleges breach of fiduciary duty and fraud against Matthew and Robert. Those interested in the details are encouraged to read the full complaint. This is a decision I made in haste. Not at this difficult time. “I did everything in my power to avoid unnecessary confusion and resolve the issue privately, and I want to acknowledge the work of the many dedicated professionals within the Padres organization and the great players I get to watch almost every day throughout the season.” We have focused on supporting the people.
“I made this decision as a last resort, but it was the right decision and the best way to protect the Padres franchise and ensure the continuation of the vision that Peter and I shared for the team.” I’m sure there is.”
